ROB NESS
Co-Founder, Managing Director
Rob began his corporate travel management career in in 1995. He developed a passion for analytics in the early 2000's and has evolved his skill set to merge both travel business intelligence and account management principles among the world's largest Travel Management Companies and boutique TMC's.
Rob continues to study in the fields of data science and sports performance analytics and has recently achieved an Advanced Data Science and Predictive Analytics certification from York University.
MARK PECO, CBIP
Co-Founder, Database Provisioning and Analytics
Mark provides consulting and education services to organizations globally. Clients benefit from his technical and business perspectives showing why alignment is critical for success. His client services include data science, governance, predictive analytics, data provisioning, data quality and business intelligence.
Mark has worked as a business unit director, data analyst, seminar leader, educator, consulting manager, program manager, software developer and operations analyst.
EVAN CARANDREADIS, CPA, CMA
Co-Founder, Performance Management and Finance
Evan is a CPA, CMA with an expertise in performance management and analytics.
Over the last decade he has been working with organizations to improve on their key performance indicators. He accomplishes this by building personalized real time performance management predictive models that highlight red flag moments, real changes in trend and their causes. These models have been used to improve financial performance, staff engagement and performance, and streamline management systems.

Co-Founder, Data Science & Engineering
Clyde’s expertise is in helping customers leverage data and technology innovatively within their business.
His career spans over 25 years of experience architecting and delivering software and data solutions, as well as senior leadership experience with managing organizations.
Clyde holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a master’s degree in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence (machine learning).
